I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you on behalf of Roosevelt City Arts, Parks, and Recreation to seek donations for the installation of windscreen barriers for our pickleball and basketball courts. These barriers are essential for protecting our players from wind and sun, thereby enhancing their playing experience.

With your support, these windscreens will not only improve the aesthetic appeal of our facilities but also provide necessary protection from the elements. Your contribution, regardless of size, will significantly enhance the playing experience for our community members.

We offer various donation levels, each with unique recognition benefits:

• $300-$499: 8”x8” logo on a shared sponsor windscreen

• $500-$999: 12”x12” logo on a shared sponsor windscreen

• $1,000-$2,499: 3’x6’ logo on a windscreen

• $2,500-$4,999: 4’x8’ logo on a windscreen and a separate sponsorship banner displayed at all tournaments and events

• $5,000 and up: 8’x20’ logo on a windscreen and a separate sponsorship banner displayed at all tournaments and events

Your contribution will greatly impact our community by fostering a more enjoyable and safer environment for recreational activities. We will proudly display your logo based on your level of donation, showcasing your support to all who visit our courts.

Please note that windscreens will be replaced every three years, and sponsors will be asked to renew their support at that time. Additionally, event and tournament banners will require an annual renewal at $300 per year. We want to keep you fully informed and involved in the ongoing support of our facilities. Rest assured, we will contact you before the renewal period to discuss your continued support.
